Games for Fright Night

Are you or the kids too old to go out trick-or-treating? Why not set up the living room for some frightening family fun this Halloween?

Ryan Treit at Xbox.com has published a list of Halloween Xbox Horrors that may interest you and your family.

Caution: The games he’s listed are definitely not for the little kids - but for older teens, young adults or mom and dad - these will hit the spot if you’re looking to put on a fear fest gaming night.

  • Condemned: Criminal Origins - Pitch-perfect horror tension, brutal first-person melee combat and blood-thirsty enemies
  • Dead Rising - What could be more frightening than fighting your way through a zombie infested mall?
  • Silent Horror: Silent-Hill® 4 - According to Ryan, this is one of the most disturbing games available for the Xbox and defines the psychological thriller genre.
